Willow Springs comprises of 178 units and the following is a layout of our complex. This will give you an idea of where an available unit is located within our property.

Willow Springs offers 5 different floor plans. Plans A through C are two-bedroom units (over 1100 sq. ft.) and Plans D & E are three bedrooms (over 1300 sq. ft.). All units have 2 stories. Click on above tab to view the various floor plans.
HOA Dues per month for each of the 5 floor plans:
A: $198 B: $195 C: $207 D: $234 E: 235
The following forms must be completed and submitted to the Office in order to lease a unit at Willow Springs: 1) Lease Information Sheet, 2) Official Lease Agreement, 3) Tenant Consent Form. Owners please ensure that all 3 forms are submitted to the Office within 5 days from date of signing. Click on the tabs below to print the required forms.
Condo Sales Contract
The Condo Resale Tab will direct you to the site where you may acquire a copy of the Residential Condominium Contract for Resale.
Resident's Information Form
Each unit must fill out a Resident's Information Form and submit it to the Office. It is also the resident's responsibility to provide the Office with the most updated Resident's Info Form. Your vehicle must be listed on the form in order to obtain a Willow Springs parking sticker. All vehicles without a WS parking sticker displayed prominently on the front windshield will be towed at the owner's expense if parked on the property.

New Digital Read Electric Meter Rollout
In 2020, Willow Springs will be installing a new digital read electric meter on each unit. A resident of the unit (must be at least 18 years of age) need to be home for this installation. Each unit will be notified 3 days prior in order to arrange for a mutually convenient time to perform the installation. We appreciate your cooperation.
